# The Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 4 whole-grain tortillas or spinach/tomato tortillas for color
02 - 4 tbsp natural peanut butter
03 - 2 bananas, peeled and halved lengthwise

→ Crunch & Flavor

04 - ½ cup berry protein granola or regular granola with dried berries
05 - 2 tbsp chia seeds or hemp seeds (optional)
06 - Handful of fresh blueberries or raspberries

→ Garnish (optional)

07 - Drizzle of honey or agave
08 - Sprinkle of cacao nibs or crushed nuts

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Lay each tortilla flat and spread 1 tbsp of peanut butter across the surface.
02 - Place half a banana lengthwise in the center. Sprinkle with granola, fresh berries, and chia or hemp seeds if using.
03 - Tightly roll each tortilla around the filling. Slice into 3–4 bite-size pieces or leave whole for a grab-and-go wrap.
04 - Arrange on a snack board. Drizzle with honey and top with cacao nibs or crushed nuts if desired.
